Greg’s AI – Data Deletion Instructions

Greg’s AI gives all users the ability to request deletion of their data at any time. This page explains how you can remove all data associated with your Meta integrations or Greg’s AI account.

1. What Data Can Be Deleted

Upon request, we delete:

  • Meta Platform Data (Facebook/Instagram)

  • Connected API data (Google Analytics, Shopify, Mailchimp, TikTok, etc.)

  • Greg’s AI first-party pixel data

  • Account information including email and settings

We do not store passwords or private messages.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion, send an email to:

Subject: Data Deletion Request – Greg’s AI

Include the email address linked to your account.

3. What Happens After Your Request

Once we receive your request, we will:

  1. Identify your account and associated integrations

  2. Permanently delete all stored data from our systems

  3. Revoke tokens and disconnect integrations

  4. Confirm deletion via email

Deletion is completed within 48–72 hours.

4. How to Delete Data via Meta

You may also remove our app directly through Meta:

  1. Open Facebook

  2. Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations

  3. Select Greg’s AI

  4. Click Remove

Meta will then revoke access and send us a request to delete all related data, which we process within 7 days.
